Responsibilities
Create static and video content featuring MISH MASH Adventures
Stay on top of viral trends and action them
Using our CRM system, turn engaged viewers into leads
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Work with our digital advertising partners to increase engagement
Monitor and report on each platforms reach and engagement weekly
Use A/B testing to find the highest converting content
Attend weekly management team meetings and staff meetings providing updates and plans
Attend meetings with digital marketing partners
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in marketing, PR, digital media or other related fields
Experience in a managerial role
Strong project management skills
Self starter
Deadline and detail-oriented
Experience with social media platforms including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, etc
Experience with a CRM, post scheduler, business suite
Photo, video, content creation experience
