They are looking to add a Surveying Technician to support site layout, quality control, and precise measurement work on a range of active construction projects.

Perform layout, stakeout, as builts, and daily field measurements with a high degree of accuracy
Interpret engineering drawings, civil plans, and construction specifications
Coordinate with field crews, project managers, and engineering staff
Maintain safe work practices
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of experience in construction surveying, site layout, or civil field engineering
Strong proficiency with total stations, GPS GNSS systems, data collectors, and digital levels
Ability to perform layout, stakeout, as builts, and daily field measurements with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, civil plans, and construction specifications
Strong coordination skills with field crews, project managers, and engineering staff
High attention to detail and consistent documentation habits
Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites and committed to maintaining safe work practices
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting heavy civil, geotechnical utility, infrastructure, or structural projects is a strong plus
