Responsibilities

Administrative duties include heavy phones, emails, coordinating meetings and schedules, scheduling travel, preparing expense reports, creating and maintaining presentations, producing correspondence, and general office management tasks

Serve as point of contact for colleagues, clients, agents/executives, and other industry connections

Anticipate executive’s needs; proactively provide support and resources to ensure success & thinking not only about the task at hand, but what will be needed 2 or 3 steps after that

Self-starter able to oversee project management in partnership with executive

Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality at all times

Maintain working knowledge of the music & comedy industries and best practices
