BetaNXT is a leading provider of wealth management infrastructure and data solutions. They are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Summer Operations Intern to support client service operations, resolve client inquiries, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and requests, serving as the first point of contact for support issues

Ensure timely and accurate solution of routine client issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for compliance and reporting purposes

Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for client-facing systems

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing

Participate in incident and problem management processes, supporting recovery and client communication efforts

Assist in documenting client support activities and generating reports for management review

Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance service delivery and technical skills

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to escalate issues appropriately and work collaboratively within a team

Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement

Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate course of study and be a rising senior (senior commencing Fall 2026) with a minimum GPA of 3.3

Must be eligible to work in the US
