Responsibilities
Support the product management team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new and existing products
Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables
Help develop and track product roadmaps, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Participate in user testing, data analysis, and reporting to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
Prepare presentations, reports, and updates tailored to various audiences, including leadership and stakeholders
Learn and apply business analysis and product management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau) in a professional setting
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Self-starter with curiosity and an open mind for exploring new ideas and solutions
Proven analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
General understanding of business analysis methodologies
Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Lucidchart)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, adapt to ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and delivering actionable insights
Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate course of study and be a rising senior (senior commencing Fall 2026) with a minimum GPA of 3.3
Must be eligible to work in the US
Preferred
Experience using data or analytical tools is a plus (e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
