Customer Service Representative - Distribution Sales

PEI-Genesis is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative for Distribution Sales. This role involves learning all aspects of the business while forming relationships internally and externally, assisting sales representatives, and ensuring the success of the team.

Responsibilities

Sales order entry and confirming accuracy

Expediting sales orders and proactively expediting from a backlog report

Supply customers with technical support, spec sheets and compliance documentation

Running daily and monthly reports

Assist with special projects and contract data entry

Be willing to assist the sales team when called upon

Coordinate customer returns

Act as a backup for teammates when absences or busy times occur

Required

High School education or equivalent is required

Successful completion of the company's training program is required

Intermediate to advanced PC skills, as well as general knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must

Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively

Display good communication skills, both written and verbal within and outside the company

Must demonstrate good team and human relation skills, reliability, and trustworthiness

Must be a proactive and enthusiastic team player

Punctuality and dependability are crucial
