Responsibilities

Design and build KYC requirements for payment products, in line with Rippling policy
Perform in-depth testing of Rippling’s payment products
Manage stakeholders from the product and engineering teams
Support project management of product launches and engineering projects
Provide compliance governance and sign off of new product launches or material changes to current products

Required

Minimum 4+ years of KYC product experience
Previously worked for a global payments institute, with strong working knowledge of FINTRAC, FinCEN, FCA and EBA
Practical experience of implementing compliance controls in payment products
The ability to manage a global stakeholder network
The ability to translate policy into effective controls
Experience of using SQL
Project management experience
