Running discovery and document production in large cases
Taking or defending depositions
Qualification
Required
U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar or D.C. Bar required
Significant experience in complex commercial litigation, including preparing/drafting and filing legal documents (ex. pleadings, discovery, motions)
Running discovery and document production in large cases
Taking or defending depositions
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
Proactive and team-oriented
Preferred
Clerkship experience, particularly at the federal level
