Responsibilities

Mentor, train, and support field technicians, fostering professional growth and adherence to company standards

Collaborate with managers to enhance processes, develop training programs, and strengthen workforce capabilities

Oversee construction materials testing operations, including concrete, earthwork, and deep foundations

Manage multiple third-party testing projects, ensuring technical accuracy and operational efficiency

Coordinate schedules and resources for field technicians and equipment to meet project deadlines and requirements

Communicate technical findings, updates, and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders

Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and fostering long-term partnerships

Prepare project estimates, proposals, and draft invoices, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate billing

Monitor project budgets, making adjustments to maintain profitability and meet client expectations

Maintain flexibility to resolve unexpected challenges and adapt to project changes while promoting a positive team environment

Superb organizational and time management skills

Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable insured personal vehicle for travel to various job sites, with mileage reimbursement provided by the company
