Global Corporate Account Director - Diagnostics & Biotechnology
Hartmann Young is partnering with a world-leading supplier of specialised raw materials that drive the development and manufacture of cutting-edge in vitro diagnostic tests. They are seeking a Global Corporate Account Director to lead the next phase of growth, managing a portfolio of key accounts and leading a team of senior sales managers.
Responsibilities
Drive global corporate sales strategy, managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in the IVD space
Lead and inspire a team of 4–5 senior sales managers, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
Serve as the primary interface between your clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and strategic alignment
Identify new opportunities across multiple diagnostic segments and support expansion into emerging markets
Bring your scientific acumen and commercial expertise to influence product positioning and business development
Qualification
Required
BA or MA degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IVD or diagnostics sector
Strong technical knowledge of antibodies, antigens, and related biomaterials
Demonstrated success in managing large, strategic corporate accounts and leading sales teams
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships with senior stakeholders
Passion for science, diagnostics, and making a tangible impact in global healthcare
