Responsibilities
Engaging with business owners in the Phoenix area, listening deeply to their challenges, and identifying how AI can ethically and effectively support their mission
Hosting the casual Weekly AI Meetup for the Phoenix community-a space for shared learning, connection, and mutual support, not a sales pitch
Finding the stories of local businesses, identifying their pain points, and introducing them to our world-class team that delivers human-centered AI solutions
Having 5+ conversations about AI with local business owners, focusing on listening and understanding their unique narratives
Posting insights on LinkedIn, building your personal brand as a trusted, community-focused AI resource
Attending local networking events, such as non-profit gatherings or community-focused tech meetups
Using the Event-to-Gamma strategy to turn conversations into valuable content and leads
Fostering a space for genuine connection and shared learning among local professionals
Qualification
Required
Deep desire to connect people and foster genuine community
Ability to ensure technology serves human-centric values
Experience in community organizing, teaching, journalism, non-profit work, or any field where empathy and connection were central to success
Natural curiosity and empathy
Genuine interest in AI and eagerness to apply it ethically and effectively for the local community
Understanding that long-term success is built on trust, not transactions
