Responsibilities
Create innovative mechanical solutions that optimize warehouse operations
Develop detailed drawings and documentation to bring designs from concept to reality
Lead discovery sessions and present solutions that drive business results
Oversee vendors, RFPs, and equipment installation to ensure successful execution
Collaborate with project teams during commissioning to deliver seamless system integration
Provide technical support for sales and service teams
Champion quality and continuous improvement across all projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or system-level mechanical design required
Experience designing conveyor systems in a distribution or fulfillment center setting required
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) required
Ability and willingness to work onsite 3 days per week
