Responsibilities
Deliver and support seasonal and ongoing employee training to ensure quality service and operational efficiency
Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training during location openings and throughout the season
Model and promote excellent guest service, professionalism, and teamwork under pressure
Track and update learning activities in the LMS and monitor training participation, skill development, and feedback
Collaborate with managers to strengthen employee performance and overall guest experience
Conduct follow-up training, assess learning transfer, and identify areas for improvement
Assist in preparing training materials, organizing training spaces, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Support other departments as needed and ensure adherence to safety and environmental programs
Qualification
Required
Effective interpersonal and public speaking skills
Ability to teach others in a logical and professional manner
Ability to demonstrate tasks and give instruction in both small and large groups
Effective typing, computer data entry, and writing skills
Being capable of self-supervision and following instructions independently
Ability to process given information and make decisions
Communication and public speaking skills
Effective organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Xanterra specific computer programs (Opera, LMS, Mi9)
Knowledge of basic computer programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of chemical safety and products
Willingness to ensure company and department policies and procedures are adhered to
Knowledge of Yellowstone National Park, the surrounding communities, and services available
Valid driver's license and safe driving record required

Ability to pass DOT physical preferred
