Responsibilities

Understand and support capacity deployment, including build milestones and timelines
Install and configure specialty hardware including servers, networking equipment, and cooling infrastructure
Perform hardware maintenance, including part replacement and cable installation, following defined processes
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of documentation for new platforms and support activities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience with data center systems, including experience with NFPA 70E
Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment as required and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting
Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph

Preferred

Experience collaborating and partnering with teams
Experience with performing component-level repairs on IT equipment
Knowledge of electrical systems used in a data center environment (e.g., Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units)
