Responsibilities
Work on complex commercial litigation, financial services disputes, and a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters
Draft and refine litigation materials, including correspondence, briefs, and motions
Manage fact discovery, including document review, witness preparation, and coordination of discovery strategy
Contribute to white-collar and investigations matters as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices and practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions
Support case strategy, research, and client communications in fast-moving, high-profile disputes
Qualification
Required
At least two years of litigation experience in a top-tier law firm
Juris Doctor and admission to the Florida Bar required
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and teamwork skills
Excellent academic credentials and strong professional references
Preferred
White-collar or investigations experience is a plus
