Responsibilities

Provide on-site procedural support during transseptal structural heart cases, ensuring protocol adherence and optimal procedural outcomes
Act as the clinical and technical expert for the device, therapy, and patient selection
Train physicians, coordinators, and cath lab / hybrid OR staff on procedural workflow, device handling, and study requirements
Support case planning, equipment logistics, and staff readiness prior to procedures
Capture and communicate procedural insights, trends, and feedback to internal teams
Assist with troubleshooting and post-procedure follow-up across clinical trial sites
Participate in investigator meetings, advisory boards, and medical congresses as needed
Build strong relationships with investigators, KOLs, and site teams in structural heart and heart failure
Collaborate closely with Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, R&D, and Quality teams

Qualification

Transseptal structural heart experienceClinical research experienceBachelor’s degree in NursingCath lab experienceHighly organizedSelf-directedCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Engineering, or Life Sciences
3+ years of field-based clinical experience supporting transseptal structural heart procedures, such as: TEER (e.g., MitraClip), TMVR, LAAC etc
Proven experience supporting cases in the cath lab and/or hybrid OR
Strong understanding of structural heart anatomy, heart failure physiology, and hemodynamics
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across North America
Excellent communication skills with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Preferred

RN, RCIS, or Biomedical Engineering strongly preferred
Clinical research or IDE trial support experience strongly preferred
