Responsibilities

Facilitate and continuously improve Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including:

Daily stand-ups

Sprint planning

Sprint reviews / demos

Retrospectives

PI Planning and PI execution events

Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, helping teams:

Remove impediments

Improve flow and predictability

Adhere to SAFe and Agile best practices

Partner closely with the Product Owner, supporting effective backlog readiness, sprint execution, and delivery outcomes through collaboration and shared accountability

Maintain strong organizational discipline, including:

Ensuring ceremonies are well-prepared and time-boxed

Keeping backlogs, sprint plans, and action items current and visible

Following through on commitments, risks, and dependencies

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, aligning on standards, practices, and cross-team dependencies

Take direction from and partner with a Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coaches, balancing guidance received with proactive support of team needs

Support teams operating in platform and integration environments, coordinating work across systems and technical domains

Use Azure DevOps to support sprint execution, backlog hygiene, and reporting

Perform light administrative and financial data entry in ServiceNow

Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within and across teams
