Systems Engineer, Sr (Reliability) - GMD Weapons Systems (GWS)

Responsibilities
Performing System Reliability & Maintainability (RAM&T) Engineering Analysis
Establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts
Ensuring that RAM&T program requirements are achieved
Liaison with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the RAM&T of assigned subsystem
Supporting the Product teams in the investigation of RAM&T issues and develop mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline
Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)
Experience with and Ability Perform Built In Test (BIT) testability analysis
Applicants must possess good communication skills
Applicants must demonstrate ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
Capable of working both independently and within a team environment
