Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs

Manage and supervise associates and paralegals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience, particularly with product liability policies
Admitted to practice in all courts in New York
Solid deposition and state/federal court experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong work history
Strong research, writing, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred
New Jersey admission preferred
