Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop 3rd-shift Maintenance Technicians

Assign and prioritize nightly work, ensure completion, and maintain high service standards

Support onboarding, training, and accountability for team success

Perform and oversee repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems

Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks

Respond to and resolve work orders in a timely and professional manner

Maintain and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures

Complete work orders, logs, and repair records accurately

Monitor and report inventory needs for parts and supplies

Provide feedback and recommendations to help reduce maintenance expenses and improve operations
