Responsibilities
Supporting principals and senior deal team members throughout all phases of the transaction process
Preparing financial models and valuation analyses
Drafting pitch materials, offering documents, and PowerPoint presentations
Curating and managing online data rooms
Managing due diligence processes
Assisting with marketing and prospecting initiatives
Interacting with clients and prospects on the phone, in writing, and at onsite meetings
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree from a 4-year college on or before spring 2026
Experience in investment banking or private equity through a previous internship or full-time job
Ability to read and interpret financial statements
Strong financial modeling skills
Experience drafting CIMs, management presentations, and pitch books
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ
High level of motivation and individual initiative
Attention to detail
Flexibility to work with short deadlines requiring evenings and weekends as needed
You may be required to become FINRA licensed upon employment for Series 63, 79, and/or 82 licenses
Good sense of humor is a must
Preferred
Preference will be provided to current and former NCAA student athletes
