Responsibilities

Teach a graduate-level intensive Project Management (PM) course as and engage with all responsibilities associated with teaching the section: course syllabus and lecture materials preparation, assignments, exams and grading, office hours, students’ engagement, and academic assessment

Required

An earned MS, or PhD, in Operations Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Technical Scientific field, including at least seven (7) to ten (10) years of healthcare, life sciences (pharma/biotechnology), medical devices technology industry or governmental experience
Demonstrated skills and experience in Project Management (PM) aligned to Clinical Trials Management, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Operations, or Product Development (R&D) functions in the healthcare industry
Demonstrated evidence of prior teaching experience at the graduate level
Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom learning environment in keeping with the University's commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within the Regulatory and Clinical Research Management (RCRM) Program and faculty to ensure consistency across the program
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Management (PM) tools
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

PMP Certification
Familiarity with the learning management system Moodle
