Responsibilities
Manage a diverse docket of commercial litigation matters with increasing autonomy
Serve in a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents with precision and strategic insight
Conduct sophisticated legal research and contribute to case strategy
Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups to deliver exceptional legal service
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
2–7 years of strong commercial litigation experience at a reputable law firm
Outstanding writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing
Ability to assume significant responsibility and manage multiple matters simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
Preferred
Judicial clerkship experience preferred
