Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the US market to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and close high-value deals to drive sales
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities
Implement effective lead generation tactics, both online and offline, to identify and nurture potential customers
Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology services and solutions to clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Manage the sales pipeline
Creating a short- and long-term sales plan to achieve the given objectives
Attend Industry/Services relevant conferences

Qualification

Required

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Min 5-8 years of relevant experience, specifically within the IT services or Technology solutions industry
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated sales track record
Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce
Strong time management and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets

Preferred

Experience working with mid-market or enterprise-level clients
Experience working with offshore delivery teams
Willingness to travel: 25%
