Responsibilities
Advise clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including lending, securitisations, and related financial products
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documentation across a variety of asset classes
Collaborate with partners and clients to structure and execute innovative financing solutions
Manage and coordinate deal processes, including due diligence, documentation, and closing
Provide strategic counsel on regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations impacting structured finance and capital markets transactions
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of structured finance experience at a leading law firm
Demonstrated experience in structured finance, lending, securitisation, or similar finance structures
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
Admission to the New York State Bar is required
