Responsibilities

Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) assessments
Manage trial production issues and ensure timely resolution
Support capacity ramp-up for new products
Lead technical reviews for product-related processes
Drive process improvement initiatives and technological innovations
Evaluate and lead the implementation of projects aimed at reducing costs and enhancing production efficiency
Develop and execute actionable plans to achieve operational excellence
Participate in customer-led new product audits
Address and resolve audit findings effectively

Qualification

Mechanical EngineeringHVAC/R experienceProcess improvementCAD/CAE toolsLean manufacturingAnalytical skillsProject managementProblem-solving skillsCross-functional collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Refrigeration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role, preferably in the HVAC/R industry
In-depth knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration manufacturing processes
Demonstrated success in leading and implementing process improvement projects

Preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and lean manufacturing principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
