Responsibilities

Design and deliver training and awareness programs aligned with BNY’s organizational goals, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity and Engineering

Develop training materials and awareness content for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical), leveraging multiple formats and channels (e.g., awareness campaigns, training materials, presentations)

Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content

Manage program timelines, reporting, and metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in technical training and employee engagement

Implement best practices in technical writing to enhance user experience and accessibility of information

Review and refine existing documentation to ensure alignment with BNY's strategic objectives and principles

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Technical Writing) or related experience

6 plus years of experience developing and managing training or awareness programs, preferably within cybersecurity, engineering, or technology in financial services

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, audience-focused materials through exceptional communication and storytelling

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring the successful completion of each

Ability to analyze and optimize engagement channels to ensure ongoing effectiveness and adoption

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or a related field

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Proficiency in technical writing tools and software
