Responsibilities
Obtain Securities Industry licenses through dedicated and personalized classes for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams
Acquire, build and manage client relationships while considering clients' complex financial situations
Guide clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions
Progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I
Interact with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
Qualification
Required
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Preferred
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
