Responsibilities
Receive daily incoming delivery of glasses and contacts to the store
Open and unpack all shipments received
Complete intake/neutralizing intake process which includes examining glasses and contacts, examine for any damage, verify prescription, verify patient information, and validate with initial order request for accuracy
Match order job orders, invoices and packing slips for proper size, quantity, color, style, prescription, etc
Clean up the product and remove any production material residue, dust, fingerprints, etc
Tray up the received completed jobs and place in proper bin/location
Run various reports such as but not limited to: On-Hold Jobs, Audit Reports, Work in Progress (WIP) Reports, etc
Perform all other functions as required
Qualification
Required
Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask
Must be able to work accurately and safely under pressure
Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 10 lbs
Ability to walk, sit, bend, and overreach to manage orders/shipments
Overtime and weekend hours may be required
Preferred
Previous distribution center or shipping experience
