Responsibilities

Developing, maintaining, and optimizing service catalog items and associated workflows within the organization’s IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, ServiceNow
Ensure that intake processes are clear, efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards
Designing, building, and maintaining ITSM catalog items, forms, and request components to support service intake processes
Ensure that catalog items align with service definitions, user requirements, and ITSM best practices
Develop client scripts, UI policies, data lookups, and form logic to enhance the request experience within the ServiceNow platform

Required

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume and Letter of Recommendation
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, automated service delivery experiences
Strong analytical abilities
Attention to detail
Capability to gather and document requirements from a range of stakeholders
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work 24-40 hours per week, with required days spanning between 3-5 days per week
Internship will follow a 1st shift schedule

Preferred

A specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
