Qualification
Required
You must be located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours
A track record of success building a scalable, AI-first, data-driven people operations function that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle including: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, off-boarding, and training
Eager to share your experience and insights making data-driven decisions to inform people operations processes and policies and using data to tell stories
Understand how to balance the strategic big picture with the tactical execution and can easily switch between the two at any moment
You're a people manager that people love working for and working with! You're a great coach, mentor and business partner
Understand the art of pushing back to challenge the business and the art of having difficult conversations
Preferred
It is highly preferred if you are based in Boston, MA so that you may go into our office at least once a week
