Responsibilities

Produce and QA complete data center design packages (Concept → IFC → As-builts)
Own Div01 narratives, specs, one-lines, and drawing milestone control
Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, value engineering, and RFI resolution
Manage external design partners (A/E, MEP, Controls, Security, Telecom) and procurement support for OFCI/CFCI
Build and mentor a high-performing design team; enforce standards and lessons-learned processes
Integrate design strategy with development, construction, operations, and sales
Track design budgets, invoices, change control, and deliver executive-level status/risk reports
Participate in site visits, commissioning support, and project close-out deliverables

Required

Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
8+ years in mission-critical facility design/engineering; 5+ years in leadership or PM roles
Data center experience (colocation or hyperscale) and familiarity with constructability/permitting
Experience with Revit/BIM, Navisworks, MS Project, Procore and OFCI/CFCI specs
Strong communicator able to present technical issues to executives and cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel regionally (up to ~25%)
