Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate heavy civil projects, including roadwork, sitework, and stabilization projects
Prepare and submit project schedules, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget
Participate in estimating, bidding, and project cost management
Oversee job scheduling, quantity reporting, and overall project profitability
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Manage unexpected delays, weather issues, and site emergencies
Assist in developing and enforcing site safety plans
Engage with owners, general contractors, and stakeholders through meetings and project updates
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in heavy civil, road, or site construction
5+ years of project management experience in construction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and project coordination
Valid driver's license and insurable under company standards
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in bidding and estimating
