Sales Development Representative (Remote, Part-Time/Flex)

Midi Health is the leading virtual care clinic for women in midlife and beyond, partnering with healthcare providers to deliver quality virtual care. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to engage with primary care physicians and OB/GYNs, manage inbound requests, and drive patient referrals.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound requests from providers and schedule next steps
Make outbound calls to providers in whitespace markets not covered by field Provider Relations Liaisons
Learn Midi’s services and communicate clear value to physicians and office teams
Deliver virtual presentations and demos to educate on the care model and referral pathways
Collaborate with clinic staff to understand patient needs and align Midi’s services
Maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot CRM and log activity within 48 hours
Share provider feedback and insights to improve programs and materials
Partner with the Health System Partnerships team to create repeatable, scalable processes
Meet referral and activity targets to drive qualified leads and conversions

Qualification

Required

1 to 3 years in inside sales, business development, or a healthcare sales or support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting virtually
Proven ability to manage a pipeline, hit activity targets, and work in a CRM
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Passion for women's health and expanding access to quality care
Ability to work 24 hours per week now with flexibility to move to full-time

Preferred

Experience engaging healthcare providers or medical office staff preferred
HubSpot experience is a plus
