Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Contracts Analyst to provide analytical and operational support related to contract development, compliance, and risk management. The role focuses on streamlining workflows and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of critical contract-related activities.

Responsibilities

Prepares, processes, reviews, and signs select purchase orders and change orders in accordance with company policies and contractual obligations

Prepare and submit lien waivers, payment applications, specialized billing forms, and sworn statements by investigating and confirming accuracy of accounts receivables against internal and customer-prepared documentation

Processes and tracks various state and local government authority business licenses required to perform work in the jurisdictions in which Badger operates

Processes, prepares, reviews, and tracks certificate of insurance and bond requests and renewals missing documentation, and resolve issues

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong computer proficiency with a variety of software applications, including CRM systems, MS-Office Suite and PDF software and excellent typing skills

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments and external customers to support the team
