Collections Specialist - I
FTS Inc is seeking an Audit & Collections Analyst to support financial accuracy and collections efforts. This role involves auditing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities
Perform audits on accounts, transactions, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Identify discrepancies, variances, and potential risks; investigate and document findings
Support collections efforts by monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding balances
Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding payment issues and audit findings
Prepare audit reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Assist with improving audit controls, processes, and collection procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable regulations
Maintain accurate records in financial and tracking systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3+ years of experience in auditing, collections, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with large data sets and financial systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Excel and financial software (ERP systems a plus)
