Lead, coach, and manage PM staff
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in property or real estate management, preferably with financial services or corporate environments
Proven leadership in managing large, multi-state/multi-site property portfolios
Strong understanding of lease administration, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
