Prepare independent ATC (owner’s) cost estimates for projects

Analyze and compare contractor estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and risk

Develop detailed construction estimates and conceptual scope alternatives

Validate scope changes and identify cost-saving opportunities

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely information

Incorporate historical data and feedback to continuously improve estimating processes

Monitor projects during construction for change orders and cost optimization

Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and methodologies

Periodically travel to job sites and other ATC offices
