Coordinating complex, ticket-inclusive travel packages that combine flights, accommodations, transportation, and event access

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution

Applying project management best practices and leveraging advanced technology solutions

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in project coordination or management with strong PMO knowledge

Background in travel services, tour operator programs, or group travel operations

Proficiency in Office 365 tools including SharePoint and Power Automate

Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills (VBA, macros, Power Query preferred)

Project management certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
