Responsibilities
Developing, refining, and implementing manufacturing processes for advanced composite components
Analyzing existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
Partnering closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive successful outcomes
Supporting new product introductions through feasibility studies, trials, and validations
Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing sustainable solutions
Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, work instructions, and quality plans
Staying current on emerging technologies and best practices in composites manufacturing
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Experience in composite manufacturing or similar advanced manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of GD&T principles
Experience with CAD tools such as Catia V5, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
