Responsibilities
Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions and review as needed
Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation including but not limited to work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals
Support the coordination and development of process engineering and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to manufacture products
Work on analysis of production problems, root cause, effective and successful implementation of the solution
Provide presentation to management on projects as needed
All other duties or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
The qualified candidate will be working towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering
Ability to solve problems, proactive learner, and address problems in a timely manner
Take initiative to lead projects with minimal supervision and provide guidance to manufacturing on project implementation
Demonstrated ability to research, review and analyze and interpret scientific and technical documents, blueprints, from various sources
Display organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to communicate concisely, clearly
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint and Word, and related computer skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
