Responsibilities
Spearheaded the creation and implementation of a firmwide initiative aimed at promoting ethical conduct, awareness, and behavioral accountability across all business units
Launched employee-facing outreach efforts and internal campaigns to strengthen organizational commitment to integrity and responsible practices
Designed and delivered educational programs that integrated the company’s core principles into daily operations and employee expectations
Managed recurring sentiment assessments to evaluate cultural alignment and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and ethical decision-making
Organized enterprise-wide events to showcase key initiatives supporting ethical behavior and responsible risk-taking
Partnered with senior leadership and operational risk teams to uncover behavioral patterns and provide targeted cultural advisory
Built collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders—including Legal, HR, and Risk—to ensure consistency and alignment in cultural messaging and practices
Stayed informed on regulatory shifts and industry best practices to ensure the firm’s values-driven culture remained current and responsive
Led the development of a training roadmap to embed values of trust, transparency, and accountability into the firm’s culture and employee lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating and implementing initiatives aimed at promoting ethical conduct and accountability
Proven track record in launching employee-facing outreach efforts and internal campaigns
Ability to design and deliver educational programs that integrate core principles into operations
Experience in managing sentiment assessments to evaluate cultural alignment
Skill in organizing enterprise-wide events to promote ethical behavior
Experience partnering with senior leadership and operational risk teams
Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as Legal, HR, and Risk
Knowledge of regulatory shifts and industry best practices related to ethical conduct
Experience in developing training roadmaps to embed values into culture and employee lifecycle
