Responsibilities
Achievement of individual, branch and bank-wide goals
Mentor, coach and support Branch Managers, helping them to be successful and fulfilled leaders
Develop action plans for each market and manage to achieve results
Collaborate with key stakeholders in order to achieve strategic initiatives
Demonstrate operational soundness to minimize risk exposure and to maintain quality production
Continuously review and improve policies and procedures due to regulatory changes or improved efficiencies
Work with Retail Operations and other departments to assess, create and develop new bank efficiencies, products or procedures
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports regarding branch production and trends
Oversee & manage the retail-training program in order to provide a robust and informative onboarding of new employees and any ongoing training initiatives
Maintain on-going recruiting relationships resulting in the hire of skilled employee candidates in order to build and sustain strong branch teams
Adhere to all regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
Previous sales and business development experience a must
Exhibits strong leadership competencies, collaboration, flexibility, influence, innovative, creativity, integrity and passion
Strong project management skills with ability to influence at all levels
Proven ability to negotiate, manage relationships and influence across business lines
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated sales administration and management ability
Strong understanding of policies and procedures
Proven analytical skills
Consumer Lending: 5 years (Required)
Business Development: 5 years (Required)
