The Quality Coordinator will support the Quality Department by managing documentation and processes related to inventory, calibration, and returns, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining inventory with Quality Department and making necessary inventory in ERP system (Dynamics AX)

Prepares equipment for calibration and enters calibration records into calibration software

Process returns from customers along with paperwork and coordinates rework activity through Manufacturing

Process Supplier returns with internal complaints database

Completes administrative paperwork for the department while checking for accuracy

Maintains a high levels of accuracy in daily operations

Promote safety and demonstrate safe work habits

Assist with maintaining an organized department

Work with other departments in controlling work flow to meet internal and external customer requirements

Amy other duties assigned by the Quality Manager

Required

Microsoft Office and Computer skills required

Some experience in a Quality manufacturing setting
