Responsibilities
Design and develop the next evolution of our conversational AI platform — spanning intelligent sales and marketing agents, dynamic analytics, testing frameworks, and scalable infrastructure
Architect and optimize an AI-serving ecosystem on AWS that supports millions of interactions with speed and reliability
Integrate seamlessly with major CRM systems, WhatsApp APIs, and leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and VTEX
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including product, engineering, and leadership — to deliver impactful, high-performance AI solutions
Drive technical excellence by setting architectural standards, reviewing critical designs, and mentoring engineers across multiple regions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years focused on AI-driven products
Proven success delivering production-level AI applications from concept to launch
Strong development background with Python and TypeScript for both backend and frontend systems
Experience designing or deploying agentic systems; familiarity with emerging frameworks is a major advantage
Deep expertise in AI and machine learning — particularly in generative models, LLMs, and modern agentic frameworks
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model testing, and automated evaluation techniques for conversational AI
Proficiency in cloud ecosystems such as AWS and GCP, with a strong understanding of distributed architecture and scaling strategies
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to articulate technical strategy, drive decisions, and inspire collaboration across global teams
