Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale distributed, fault-tolerant trading systems
Contribute to architecture decisions and implement high-volume, multi-threaded services
Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that balance stability, performance, and flexibility
Work in an agile environment with continuous integration, delivery, and testing best practices

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (C++ or similar)
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design fundamentals

Background in agile development, CI/CD, and unit testing practices
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects

Preferred

Hands-on experience with modern C++ and multi-threaded programming
Familiarity with asynchronous, event-driven architectures
Experience with UNIX/Linux environments
Exposure to scripting languages like Python and productivity tools such as Jenkins or Splunk
