Crossfire Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact transmission-related infrastructure projects within a major power utility setting. This role requires strong financial oversight, permitting and real estate acumen, and a deep understanding of transmission systems, while managing projects from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans involving transmission structure replacements, reconductoring, and underground (UG) transmission work

Manage projects through all phases, from initiation through completion, ensuring budget adherence, timeline alignment, and quality control

Coordinate across teams to resolve environmental, permitting, and real estate issues that may affect project progress

Communicate proactively with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency

Lead and facilitate project meetings, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration

Monitor project budgets using tools such as AssetSuite and advanced Excel models

Ensure all project documentation is up to date and project governance is maintained

Support organizational project management standards and help evolve best practices
