Responsibilities

Assist with answering and appropriately responding to phone requests and departmental inquiries

Manage all aspects of incoming players’ fan mail received by the department in a timely manner. Including but not limited to opening, sorting, organizing, and distributing

Assist with assembling and distributing items such as goody bags and special requests

Assist with answering and appropriately responding to phone requests and departmental inquiries

Assist with special projects, activities, and departmental duties, including but not limited to, game day activities (nights and weekends)

All other duties as assigned
