Responsibilities
Lead or co-lead clinical trials and contribute to the overall program strategy and Clinical Development Plan (CDP)
Collaborate on the development of protocols, IBs, ICFs, study reports, and regulatory submissions
Support design and review of case report forms (eCRFs) and data management deliverables
Develop Medical Data Review Plans (MDRPs) and conduct ongoing efficacy/safety data reviews
Provide scientific and medical input into country/site feasibility and KOL interactions
Prepare and coordinate safety and steering committee meetings and related materials
Serve as a liaison with CROs and internal teams; review and contribute to study plans
Support publication planning and development with Scientific Communications
Deliver training and presentations at investigator and CRO/CRA meetings
Mentor junior clinical research staff as needed
Qualification
Required
PhD, PharmD, MS, or equivalent in a scientific or medical discipline
6+ years of clinical research experience with at least 3 years in drug development
Proven ability to work in matrixed, cross-functional project teams
Preferred
Strong background in oncology or hematology
