Technical Customer Support Specialist
Suna Solutions is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a growing support team during an exciting new product launch. This role serves as the first line of troubleshooting for a suite of hardware, software, and networking-based products, ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer support tickets via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
Assist users with login issues, reporting access, and product functionality
Gather and analyze customer information to accurately diagnose issues
Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
Escalate issues appropriately while adhering to company policies
Foster strong, professional relationships with customers
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Participate in a rotating on-call weekend schedule once fully trained
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technology-focused role
Strong hardware, software, and basic networking troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of customer support best practices and ticket lifecycle management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
